Terms of Service — Curb Presence

The service

Curb Presence provides Google Business Profile management, one-time profile and website fixes, website accessibility remediation, and Google Business Profile reinstatement assistance (“rescue”), as described on the service pages of curbpresence.com at the time you buy. Plainspoken, a writing tool, is offered separately and, while it is in testing, free of charge and as-is.

What we promise — and what we don't

• We promise the work described: tasks, turnaround and reporting as stated on the page you bought from.
• Reinstatement guarantee: for the rescue service, if Google has not reinstated your profile within 90 days of us filing your reinstatement request, we refund the rescue fee in full. That is a guarantee about our fee, not about Google's decision — no one can guarantee what Google decides, and we do not.
• We do not guarantee rankings, review counts, phone calls, revenue, or accessibility-law compliance outcomes. Remediation work is delivered as described in its before-and-after report; it is not legal advice and it is not a certification of compliance with any law.

Your responsibilities

• Only grant us access to profiles, accounts and websites you own or are authorised to manage.
• Information you give us about your business (licensing, addresses, photos, documentation) must be genuine and accurate. We will decline or stop work — including a rescue case — that depends on documents or claims we believe are false.
• For Plainspoken: you are responsible for what you do with rewritten text. The tool is built for writing in your own voice; we do not market it for submitting someone else's or a model's work as your own where the rules of your school, employer or publisher forbid that, and its output is not a representation that any detector will reach any particular result.

Fees, cancellation, refunds

• One-time services are paid in advance through Stripe. Monthly services are billed monthly and can be cancelled in one email, any month, with no offboarding fee; work already published remains published.
• Beyond the reinstatement guarantee above, if we fail to deliver a paid one-time service as described, tell us and we will redo it or refund it. That is the promise on the one-fix ($149) and accessibility remediation ($1,499) services: anything we said we fixed that isn't, we fix free.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. These terms are governed by the law of North Carolina.
